Return and Refund Policy

Key Information:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days
  • We don't charge restocking fees
  • Customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs

Return Process
No matter the reason, you can return the items you received within 30 days of receiving them. After this period, we won't accept returns anymore. To start the process, first contact us at customerservice@allisonarch.store and we will send you a more detailed instructions. Make sure that the items you wish to return are unused, unwashed and still with all the original tags attached. Pack them carefully and send them back to us using a reliable courier. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will start inspecting it and let you know via email. When that is done, we will refund you via the original payment method you used, to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 days, so please be patient. In case you want to ask anything, just let us know at customerservice@allisonarch.store. And the good news - we don't charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you picked the wrong size or color and want to exchange the item, it is very simple to do. Just contact us at customerservice@allisonarch.store and we will guide you through the process. Just bear in mind that exchanges can only be done within 30 days of receiving the original item, and the item must be unused, unwashed and with all the tags still attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Please take photos of the issue and send them to customerservice@allisonarch.store. We’ll quickly review the matter and arrange for a replacement.

Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at customerservice@allisonarch.store as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been processed or shipped.
