We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. At Allison Arch, we want to make returns and exchanges as smooth as your favorite pair of shoes. Here’s what you need to know.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Just email us at customerservice@allisonarch.store to request a return form and the return address.
Conditions for Return
Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Once you’ve sent your items back, remember that return shipping costs are on you, but there are no restocking fees—we promise!
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within up to 10 days. Keep an eye on your inbox for confirmation!
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a new style, no problem! Just email us at customerservice@allisonarch.store to arrange an exchange, and we’ll get your new item sent out to you.
Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Uh-oh! If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ve got your back. Just email us at customerservice@allisonarch.store with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right for you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, simply email us at customerservice@allisonarch.store before it ships. If it’s already on its way, don’t worry—you can still follow the return process!
