Refunds are typically processed within 10 days of receiving the items.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, to cancel your order, contact us at customerservice@allisonarch.store as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been processed or shipped.

The size is not right, can I exchange an item?
Yes you can, it is very simple to do. Just contact us at customerservice@allisonarch.store and we will guide you through the process. Just bear in mind that exchanges can only be done within 30 days of receiving the original item, and the item must be unused, unwashed and with all the tags still attached.
