- Free Shipping: Available for all orders within all the states in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
Shipping Process
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. This normally takes us 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 2:00 PM EDT, we will start working on it the same day. After that your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive tracking details via email. Delivery usually takes 4 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Please take photos of the issue and send them to customerservice@allisonarch.store. We’ll quickly review the matter and arrange for a replacement.

Due to many different reasons, delays may occur due. If your order hasn’t arrived within maximum timeframe, please allow an extra 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before contacting us. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at customerservice@allisonarch.store, and we’ll look into it.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at customerservice@allisonarch.store as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been processed or shipped.
